Most of the items available in the baby world weren’t made for intensive care. They weren’t designed for the emotional reality of the NICU or the practical details of medical equipment, lighting, infection control, or how fragile these days can feel.
So in 2014, I created Every Tiny Thing, a small NICU-focused shop offering journals, milestone cards, gifts, and comforting tools made specifically for NICU families. Everything here is shaped by real NICU experience and by the thousands of parents I’ve supported through those early, uncertain weeks and months.
Why We Exist
Families in the NICU deserve more than generic baby products.
They deserve items that honor the truth of this experience — the early milestones, the daily details, the hope, the resilience, and the quiet moments only NICU parents understand. Our products are created to help you:
- Feel closer to your baby
- Remember the details of each day
- Celebrate meaningful NICU milestones
- Share updates with loved ones
- Bring warmth into a clinical space
- Support a family you care about
Whether it’s a NICU journal, a set of milestone cards, a keepsake box, or a thoughtful NICU gift, everything is designed to fit naturally into the care environment and into your heart.
Made by a NICU Nurse. Trusted by NICU Parents.
Every product we offer comes from real-world experience — not guessing and not repurposing items from the general baby market.
Parents tell us our NICU journals help them stay connected to their baby’s story.
Our NICU milestone cards make it easier to celebrate progress and share updates.
Our NICU gifts and care-kit items bring comfort on days when families need it most. This work is personal to me. I create every item with the same care I’d want for the families in my own unit.
Our Promise
- NICU-specific design from start to finish

A Note From Me, Nurse to Parent
If your baby is in the NICU right now, take a breath.
None of this is easy, and none of it changes the fact that you are your baby’s mom — fully, completely.I’ve walked beside families through tiny victories and long nights, and I’ve watched parents show love in a hundred quiet ways that matter more than they know.
I built Every Tiny Thing so you’d have something steady to hold onto in all of this — something that helps you feel closer, remember more clearly, and keep going one day at a time.
Your baby’s story is precious.
Your love is unmistakable.
And you’re not alone.I’m glad you’re here.
