Shipping, Gifts & NICU Delivery

We can, but we strongly advise against it.

Hospitals are notorious for misplacing packages, and most NICUs aren’t set up to receive personal deliveries.

If the NICU is expecting your package and has confirmed they can receive it, that’s different — you can ship directly and we’ll make sure it’s labeled clearly. For all other situations, it’s safest to ship to the family’s home.

Bulk Orders, Hospitals & Nonprofits

Yes.

If the NICU is expecting the donation, go ahead and place the order and ship directly to the hospital.

If the NICU has not been notified, please email us first — it helps ensure your donation actually reaches the unit and is received correctly.

Our minimum order to receive bulk discounts is just one case.

A case of our journals, calendars and NICU Milestone Cards includes 20 products.

A case of our NICU Essentials Bundles includes 10.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to mix and match as many different products as you’d like in your bulk order.

The only limitation is that each product must be ordered by the case — we don’t offer mixed cases — so every item just needs to meet the one-case minimum to receive bulk pricing.

Product Safety & Materials

Absolutely. Everything is designed specifically for NICU environments.

No — they’re thick cardstock.

This allows families to write important details on the back (date, gestational age, nurse that day, special memories), which is central to how families use them.

It also helps the cards show up clearly in photos.

Shipping & Timing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Selecting NICU Rush Shipping notifies us that your order is time-sensitive, and we will prioritize it.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as they are unopened and in their original, unused condition. Because our products are often used in sensitive medical environments, we cannot accept returns on any opened items or items with broken packaging or removed shrink wrap.
