Returns and exchanges
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on our website. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Because of the highly sensitive nature of the NICU and the need for cleanliness / minimizing any germ contamination in products we ship to customers, all items must be returned in 100% new condition and returned unopened in the original product packaging (this includes opening the factory-sealed shrink wrapping.)
Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened. However, if you are not satisfied with your order from Every Tiny Thing, we want to hear from you! Please contact us.
Refunds usually take 5 or 10 days to show on your credit card. (This is because of the credit card company’s delay, so there's nothing we are able to do to speed this up.)
If you haven’t seen the credit come through within 10 days, please email us so we can investigate.

Simply contact us at info@EveryTinyThing.com with the subject line “Returns” and include your name & order # and we will coordinate the return process.
We understand the time-sensitivity of the NICU, so we will do our best to get your replacement items out as quickly as possible.
You can either pay for your own return shipping or we can email you a label and the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It's meant to hang anywhere you want in your baby's NICU space.
Often, families get help from the nurses to tape the art on the isolette, or on the crib, but it can also be hung from the monitor, the wall, the ventilator, or anywhere that doesn't get in the way!
General NICU Questions
NICU stands for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and this is the specialized area within the hospital where babies stay when they need hospital care.
There are countless reasons babies need the NICU.
Most often babies need the NICIU because they're born prematurely, and they're too small & fragile to survive without advanced medical care.
Additionally, babies may need surgery for inborn conditions, they may have experienced birth trauma, they may have infections, or they may have other medical conditions that make it necessary.
Absolutely. Some hospitals call their newborn intensive unit the "Acute Care Nursery" (ACN) or "Special Care Nursery" (SCN) or any number of different acronyms.
But of course, our products work well for any baby in the hospital, even if it's not called the NICU!
