Shipping policy
Every Tiny Thing is a small NICU-nurse-run shop, and we pack and ship every order with care. Our goal is to make shipping clear, predictable, and easy.
U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping – $5.95
For orders under $50.
Most orders arrive in 3–6 business days.
Free Standard Shipping – Orders $50 and up
If your order totals $50 or more, Standard Shipping is free.
Delivery time is the same as above (3–6 business days).
NICU Rush Shipping – $9.95
Your order is packed and shipped out first.
Rush orders use a faster 2–3 day service when possible.
Bulk/case orders receive rush processing, but ship via the fastest reasonable ground method due to weight.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Selecting NICU Rush Shipping notifies us that your order is time-sensitive, and we will prioritize it.
International Shipping
We ship to select international locations. To confirm availability, enter your address at checkout.
Please note:

Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your country and must be paid by the customer.

International delivery times vary by region and carrier.

USPS First Class International is often the least expensive option but does not provide reimbursement for lost packages.

For better tracking and reliability, we recommend DHL or UPS.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and tracking updates are managed by USPS, UPS, or DHL. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will help investigate.
