Returns for Unopened Products
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as they are unopened and in their original, unused condition. Because our products are often used in sensitive medical environments, we cannot accept returns on any opened items or items with broken packaging or removed shrink wrap.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email support @ everytinything.com with your order number. We will give you simple instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us. No restocking fees apply.

Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued promptly. Most credit card companies take 5–10 business days to post the refund. If you do not see the refund after 10 days, please contact us and we will look into it.

International Orders
International shipments may experience delays or limited tracking depending on the carrier and destination country. Refunds for lost international packages follow the policies of the selected carrier.
